Add in dumbbells throughout this workout if you want more of a strength challenge. (Simply hold lightweight dumbbells in your hands.)   Equipment needed: optional dumbbells, office chair  Description: Get your heart rate pumping starting with marches, step knees, step ham curls, half squats, spinal twists, and arm circles. Continue with assisted deeper squats, plie\'s, knee hops, standing push-ups, wall-sits, side leg lifts, reverse lunges, and rear leg lifts.
